Consistent teams
The same person or pair visits each time, so nothing needs explaining twice. Preferences are noted and followed.

Stone, lacquer, stainless, timber — each surface is treated with the product suited to it, not a single solution applied everywhere.
Written notes after each visit
A short record is left after each session. If something in the space needs attention — a worn seal, a developing issue — it is noted plainly.

Quiet working when you are home
If you prefer to remain at home during a visit, the team works without unnecessary noise or disruption. You can go about your day.
Details that are usually skipped
Switch plates, door handles, skirting edges, the back of taps. These accumulate without being obvious, and they are part of the agreed standard.
No reused cloths between homes
Cloths and mops that touch surfaces in one home are washed before entering another. A small thing, but one we consider important.
Named coordinator for offices
For office clients, a named contact is available during business hours. No queuing through a general line when something needs addressing.
Starting is straightforward. There is no lengthy onboarding — a short conversation is usually enough.

The first visit
A first visit is carried out to the agreed standard. Afterwards we check in to see whether anything should be adjusted. Subsequent visits follow the same pattern.

All team members are trained in surface care before their first independent visit. Tools are maintained to a standard that allows them to work on fine surfaces without risk. We do not subcontract.

Service 01
Considered Household Care
A three-hour visit covering living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and corridors. The details that ordinary tidying passes over are part of the scope.

Service 02
Kitchen Attention Session
A half-day devoted to the kitchen alone. Hob, extractor, oven, sink, refrigerator interior, and cupboard fronts, each treated according to surface material.
¥19,500 per session
Service 03
Small Office Weekly Care
Weekly cleaning for offices under 100m², arranged around your hours. Desks, shared surfaces, meeting rooms, kitchenette, washrooms, and waste separation.
